Clubs
“I like chess because it challenges my mind in a different way to school work.” Dara, Year 5
Extra-curricular clubs and activities play a significant role in education at Solefield. We believe the clubs help sculpt pupils as individuals, build their confidence and develop social skills. With a wide range of activities on offer, there is truly something for everyone. We encourage all pupils to take part in our extensive programme, which may lead them to discover new talents or life-long interests.
Children from Reception through to Year 8 can take part in clubs, which are held either before school, during break times or after school. Pupils are spoilt for choice with over 40 clubs on offer at Solefield. From Debating to Kung Fu Karate, Chess to Gardening, Lego to Fencing, Spanish to Archery, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
Clubs are led by a combination of our talented staff and experts from outside the school. Click here to view our latest club timetable.
