Well done to the Solefield Boys who took part in the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) Chess tournament at Twickenham Prep during the Easter break. It was the school's first taste of a two day national competition and the boys did excellently!
They gained medals in the U10 and U11 categories, as well as placed very competitively in the 'Championship' category, which contains some of the best young chess players in the country. Well done boys.
