The Solefield Parents' Association (SPA) would like to extend a huge thank you to all the parents and staff who attended the Quiz Night on Friday in the school hall. The incredible generosity of those who attended raised a fantastic £2,100 for the school! This means we are £2,100 closer to our £40,000 target to buy a new stylishly wrapped bus for the boys. Special thanks goes to all the parent volunteers who helped coordinate the event and Nick and Julia Auer, who took the time to coordinate and compere a superb quiz. There will be many more opportunities to support SPA and raise funds for the school this year, from the ever-popular music and curry night and summer party, to new initiatives such as our Christmas Jumper and World Book Day swap shops. In the near-term, look out for cake sales and preparations for the Christmas Fayre!
