On Monday 21st March, we enjoyed a whole school assembly on the theme of Francophonie Day led by Mrs Cook.
Year 1 and 2 sang a French song and the whole school sang a Madagascan version of Frère Jacques. Several year 6 and year 7 pupils presented their wonderful PowerPoints to the school. Pupils enjoyed themed lessons throughout the week. On Wednesday, the school were treated to a delicious lunch with dishes from France (Ratatouille), Switzerland (chocolate cake) and Canada (tourtière pie). Thanks to Jane and her team for this.
