We celebrated Children's Mental Health week during 6-10th February and focused on the theme 'Let's Connect'. Boys considered different activities they did to connect with others, (such as playing football or having a family meal) and created a whole school paper chain to share these ideas. In wellbeing lessons and form time boys completed more activities to do with the theme of connecting with others. For example, the Reception class realised that just like with Lego and Duplo we connect when we join together. They thought about how being a team and working together could make things easier. With this in mind they undertook a class challenge to create a rainbow using different items they could find around the classroom. On the Thursday we celebrated each of our unique qualities by 'dressing to express' and raised money for the Place2be charity.
