House of Lords Live Session

This week our Year 7 and 8 students had the opportunity to have a live Q&A session with a member of The House of Lords, 'Baroness Crawley'.  She gave a wonderful overview of how The House of Lords works and our boys really impressed her by asking a whole range of interesting questions around the topics of 'the gender pay gap', our government's pledge to invest in 'green industries', the debate around the construction of the High Speed 2 Railway (HS2), the cutting of UK funding to UNICEF and about lowering the voting age, to name but a few.  Well done boys.
