What did you do before coming to Solefield?
I have worked in two schools before working at Solefield School, Croydon High School and Caterham School.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I like walking and enjoy spending time in the company of friends, family and especially my granddaughter (another on the way – can’t wait!). I’ve enjoyed acting in amateur dramatic performances in the past but now prefer and being part of the audience!
Tell us something unique about you.
I was born in Bermuda, and although have lived in England since I was 5 years old, have enjoyed visiting family on the island various times since leaving. Although the last visit was 2007 – I think it may be time for another visit!
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
Back to Bermuda or I’d love to relax in the Maldives in one of the many beach hut resorts (I love sandy beaches with crystal clear water – very relaxing and calming!)
What is your favourite food and why?
Chinese or Thai food or a good roast dinner.
What are some of the things you have enjoyed about being at Solefield in your first couple of weeks?
Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the boys are so polite too. I’m really enjoying working at Solefield.
